【圓明網】2006年9月4日，瑞典多黨國會議員在大為.喬高和大為.麥塔斯來訪之際，聯手在瑞典首都舉行了新聞發佈會。會上，瑞典國會議員兼歐洲委員會成員林德布勞德代表6個政黨的議員宣讀了一個跨黨聲明。聲明譯文如下︰

加拿大前亞太司司長大衛．喬高先生和加拿大著名國際人權律師大衛.麥塔斯先生在其7月6日發表的《關于在中國盜取被關押法輪功學員器官獨立調查報告》中說︰“我們相信，從法輪功修煉者身上大規模強行摘取器官的行為一直存在，而且現在仍然繼續著。”

據可靠消息，這些被摘除的器官被高價販賣，尸體被立即火化。喬高和麥塔斯先生稱這種行徑為“這個星球上前所未有的醜惡的邪惡”。

報告中提供了詳細的信息。所有提出的證據，無論是單一的看還是放在一起看，都給我們展示了為了滅絕而將那些無辜的人們殺害並且用其來盈利。

我們，簽字的瑞典議會議員，呼籲瑞典政府採取有效的措施與歐盟、歐洲委員會、聯合國及其它國家的有關機構相配合對此罪行繼續做調查。我們要求中國政府開放所有關押法輪功學員的地方，包括監獄、勞教所、拘留所、醫院和精神病院。我們要求瑞典政府幫助停止在中國發生的盜取人體器官的罪行。

On July 6, the former Secretary of State of the Government of Canada for the Asia Pacific region Mr. David Kilgour and a renowned international human rights lawyer who served as senior legal counsel for many NGOs human rights lawyer David Matas concluded in their “Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China” that “there has been and continues today to be large scale organ seizures from unwilling Falun Gong practitioners.”

According to the reliable sources, the organs have been sold for transplantations with high price and the bodies have been cremated afterwards. Mr. Kilgour and Matas consider these actions a “crime against humanity,” one of the most severe crimes defined by international criminal laws and a “form of evil we have yet to see on this planet”.

The information presented in the report is well documented. The evidences, either in piece or as a whole, give an utterly disturbing picture of innocent people killed for the purpose of elimination as well as making a profit.

We, undersigned Swedish members of parliament, call on the Swedish government to take imperative action together with EU, Council of Europe, UN and other member countries to do further investigations and to urge the Chinese regime to open for international inspection all detention facilities holding Falun Gong practitioners, including prisons, forced labour camps, detention centres, and hospitals, including mental hospitals. We urge the Swedish government to help to end the organ harvesting crimes in China.
